which would make traffic and pedestrian data collection by law enforcement
a permanent practice in Illinois, will be heard in the Senate Criminal Law
Committee this Tuesday, May 7th at 5pm. A factsheet for the bill is
attached.



*If possible, we would love for you to file a witness slip in support of HB
1613 by the end of the day Monday, May 6th.  * *You can slip in support of

WITNESS SLIP INSTRUCTIONS:

   - Identification – Fill in your name and contact information
   - Representation/Firm/Agency – Fill in ‘Self’.
   - Position – Check the box next to *PROPONENT*
   - Testimony – Check the box next to *RECORD OF APPEARANCE ONLY*
   - Check the box agreeing to the ILGA terms of agreement and click the
   ‘create slip’ box
