[ACLU-CU ALERT] Can you help staff ACLU's table at Pridefest?

[Champaign County ACLU Announcements]

Champaign County ACLU will have a table at the 10th annual Pridefest which this year is also a commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall Uprising which launched the LGBT movement in the U.S.

For ACLU table:

WHEN:   Saturday, September 28

TIME:     12:00 - 4:00 p.m.

WHERE:  Downtown Champaign in the city parking lot on Neil and Church (behind One Main, near Orpheum Museum)

VOLUNTEER?   If you have one hour to help set-up the table (12-1) or an hour to sit at the table and distribute ACLU materials to passers-by between 1 and 4 p.m., please reply to estherpatt at hotmail.com.

The entire event is 3 days, Sept. 27-29.   It includes the largest, downstate pride parade beginning at 3:00 p.m.
