[ACLU-CU ALERT] License plate readers as a crime solving tool?

[Champaign County ACLU Announcements]

These town halls are about the Urbana adoption of license plate readers but
since most local municipalities are either adopting them or considering
adopting them, everyone may find the discussion useful. In our concern for
tragic gun violence, important to consider whether and how this
technological tool might affect crime solutions and civil liberties. The
town hall is in person but webinar is available for those interested in
