The national ACLU has an annual Washington DC program on social justice
advocacy (last year virtual, this year virtual and in person if I
understand correctly.)  If you know a student who might be interested,
below are the links to apply (financial aid application is part of the
overall application)

*(Ages 15-18) *including graduating seniors*
*Sunday, July 31 - Saturday, August 6, 2022*

The ACLU National Advocacy Institute’s High School Program will convene in
 Washington, D.C. for an in- person gathering of high school students (ages
15-18) from across the United States to participate in a week-long learning
experience for the next generation of social justice advocates.
