4:00 pm today,* please do! This bill has come up *again* so if you have
already filed once, that WITNESS SLIP won't be counted this time. *PLEASE

*This bill would create a new felony for "tampering with" an Electronic
Monitoring (EM) device. Existing law already addresses tampering. People
should not be re-incarcerated because the battery on their device failed.*
